At PlanetBox, we strive to ensure your eco-friendly home and kitchen solutions meet your highest standards. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange unused items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your unused items in their original packaging to ensure they remain protected during transit back to our warehouse.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return box.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
